From the artist: In the era of infection numbers and lonely days in separate apartments, Inhale is about the lines that connect us. The lines within us all and our connection to nature. Here in a million pen=strokes we take one more breath, and remind ourselves that despite the evidence to the contrary; we are not alone.

Deysi (sounds like Daisy) Barzallo is an Latinx artist and licensed social worker at the Dubin Breast Center at Mount Sinai Hospital. She is living and working in NYC but is originally from Stamford, CT. As an artist, she channels the healing energy of creating art into every brushstroke to process life events and promote emotional wellness.
